HERA Membership

CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP

Student membership (Cost $20 per annum)

All current students of a health science course which includes homeopathy as a subject are welcome to join HERA. Benefits are the same as for full members (apart from the practitioner listing) but the fees minimal.

Associate membership (Cost $55 per annum)

Membership for health practioners who have graduated but are not yet fully fledged homeopathic professionals. Benefits are the same as for full members (apart from the practitioner listing) but at a reduced rate.

To be eligible for Associate membership of HERA a person must:-

• Be either practicing or studying in the area of health care sciences, including homeopathy
• Have a view to becoming a Full member of the Association.

Full (professional) membership (Cost $90 per annum)

All fully qualified homeopaths who are registered with AROH and share our commitment to sharing and expanding their knowledge base are welcome to join HERA.

To be eligible for full membership of HERA a person must:-

• Hold qualifications in health care sciences from a tertiary institution which satisfy the Competency Standards in Homeopathy registered with the Australian National Training Association. OR apply for Recognition of Prior Learning exemption to the Competency Standards
• Be or have been occupied in the practice of homeopathy
• Demonstrate competence in the Standardised Case Recording and Analysis format devised by the Institute of Clinical Research by presenting or submitting 2 of their own treated cases to the group worked in this way. This requirement can be undertaken during the first year of Full membership, and assistance is available from HERA members.
• Have participated in at least 2 HERA homeopathic Intensives or workshops.
• Be an associate member.

• HERA information sent to you regularly by email. The Communique, our newsletter, appears three times yearly, and includes details of all upcoming HERA seminars, forums and other events.
• Discounts of at least 10% for attendance at all HERA education programs.
• Discounts when purchasing pillules, see below.
• Continuing education programs, including our weekly meetings for group case discussions.
• Support to steer you through the process to gain full professional registration with the Australian Register of Homeopaths (AROH)

For Professional (Full) members

• All the above PLUS referrals from the HERA telephone service
• Listing on the HERA Find a Practioner page
• Peer support of experienced colleagues

It has taken a long time, but we have managed to purchase bulk unmedicated pillules of similar quality to those purchased from other suppliers.

1 - 24 kilograms - $24.00 per kg

Price for non-members.

25kg bag - $550.00 (that's $22.00 kg - still less than half-price )
Per kg - $28.00

We also have a wide range of hand-made remedies from India available for $4.00 per 10 ml amber bottle.
