An Acute Respiratory Case

Case of Dr Deepa Karia (Thakkar ) for Organon Club study group

Mr T.M., 37 yo

Patient with history of allergic rhinitis which deteriorated after marriage with further development of bronchospasm. Previous treatment with homeopathy was not very effective and had to take Ventolin on many occasions. Now presenting with following acute signs & symptoms:

Chest auscultation: wheeze all over

1.    Arrive at the diagnosis of the acute presentation.
2.    Arrive at the acute totality. Determine miasm, susceptibility & sensitivity.
3.    Come to probable remedies with the help of repertorial references.
4.    Arrive at the simillimum, after reference to homeopathic materia medica. Discuss grounds of differentiation.

  1. Diagnosis: acute episode of bronchial asthma with sinusitis, pharyngitis & rhinitis.
